Refunds

Feel free to read our terms and contitions of sale but we can sum it up in a couple of sentences. You, our customer, are important and we take you seriously. If you’re not happy with our products, please get in touch and we will do everything we can to put it right.

In the event that we agree to process a refund, please note:

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Sale items

We sometimes put excess stock on sale and this may be past “best before” dates. This is clearly marked (and we test them first to ensure quality is not affected).

Exchanges

I’m sorry – we don’t offer exchanges. This is because we sell food and items cannot be resold. If you’re unhappy, or we made a mistake – let us know and we’ll fix it.

Gift Cards and Vouchers

We sell gift cards and vouchers. These are non transferable and have no direct cash value. Our voucher codes can be used online or in store.

If you would like to send a gift via our delivery service, please pop a note in the delivery details page and we will make sure that no financial information is included in the delivery box.

Shipping returns

If you’re unhappy with your product, please hang on to it – let us know and we’ll do everything we can to make it right. Please don’t send items back to us before talking to us – this just costs money and hurts the environment!
